Tapco Slate Roof Tiles are lightweight, weighing as low as 12kg/m². They are easy to install, with pre-marked nailing and exposure guides, along with built-in spacers that simplify the process. They are available in six colours; Stone Black, Pewter Grey, Chestnut Brown, Brick Red, Red Rock and Plum.
- Authentically shaped with textured surfaces and riven edges moulded from authentic slates
- Will not crack, break or delaminate
- Manufactured from recyclable virgin limestone and polypropylene
- Pitch: 12–70°
- Lightweight; as low as 12 kg/m²
- Easy to install with pre-marked nailing and exposure guides and spacers
- Easily cut with a fine-toothed saw or sharp utility blade
- Built-in camber for tighter fit when fixed in situ
- No sorting, clipping, or drilling prior to roof loading
- Fittings (ridges and hips) are mechanically fixed
- Choice of colours
- Fully tested to BBA, UKTA and ETA standards, and has UKCA and CE marking, including fire rating, wind, driven snow & rain, and water absorption
